Once you complete your customer profile form and consultation, we typically begin services within a week. We’ll work with you to establish a start date that aligns with your schedule and needs.

Virtual Support: Our specialists remotely manage your household tasks via our app. We handle scheduling, coordinating vendors, placing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

In-Home Support: A Home Specialist visits your home to assist with hands-on tasks such as home organization, meal prep, laundry, running errands, and receiving home deliveries.

During your initial consultation, we’ll collect your preferred days and times for onsite support visits. We aim to maintain a consistent weekly schedule, with adjustments as needed based on availability.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or request additional hours at any time. If the change occurs mid-billing cycle, the rate will typically be pro-rated. For occasional additional needs, à la carte services can be added without changing your base plan.

Absolutely! Every household is different, which is why we offer fully customizable services. During your intake appointment, share your specific preferences, and we’ll tailor a plan that ensures your home runs according to your standards.

Our Home Specialists are local experienced professionals in home management, organization, and family support. They are vetted and trained to provide high-quality service while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

We currently serve the Greater Seattle area. Some virtual services are available outside of Washington.

We take privacy seriously. All our Home Specialists undergo thorough background checks, and we have strict confidentiality policies to protect your personal information.

No—any additional hours you purchase outside of your monthly plan do not expire for one full year. You can use them anytime within that 12-month period, based on your household needs.

*Note: Unused hours stay active on your account for one full year. If you cancel your plan with hours remaining, you can use them within 60 days or gift them to someone within our service area.

We carefully vet all specialists through a multi-step hiring process, including background checks and values-based interviews. Once hired, they complete structured training in household management, proactive coordination, confidentiality, and client care—so you receive trusted, high-quality support every time.

Our Combo plans include dedicated in-home support hours each month, which can be used for any household task. Visits typically range from 3 to 6 hours, scheduled at your convenience.

If two Home Specialists are scheduled, time is split accordingly—a 3-hour visit with two specialists equals 1.5 hours per person, and a 6-hour visit equals 3 hours each.

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your services at any time. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll update your plan. Changes may result in a prorated fee adjustment based on your new service level.
